1. General

Harvest Bakehouse is a bakery offering freshly baked goods available for in-store purchase, pre-order, and/or delivery.

Our bakery operates under the supervision of Badatz Eidah HaChareidis, and all products adhere to the highest kashrut standards. 

The use of our website is for customers older than 18 years.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in person.

We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure availability, particularly for custom or large requests.

Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible depending on the stage of preparation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Israeli Shekel (ILS) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Right of Cancellation

Under Israeli law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date the contract was concluded, whichever is later. This right applies to most products, except for those custom-made to your specifications or sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

4.2 Cancellation Procedure

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing via email at orders@harvestbakehouse.com. Upon cancellation, you are required to return the product at your own expense, in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

4.3 Refunds

If you cancel a transaction in accordance with the law, we will refund the amount paid, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items

Custom or perishable items are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

5. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery services to various locations. Prior to completing your order, we will disclose to you the list of locations we deliver to and any exclusions that may apply. This information will be clearly presented on our website and during the checkout process.

Please note that delivery fees may apply, and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, wheat, soy and sesame.

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in any product.
